PageOne uses third-party services to operate. These include:
- OpenAI — for AI-powered transcription, generation, and review features. Content you submit may be sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
- Firebase (Google) — for authentication and app integrity verification.
- Amazon Web Services — for hosting, storage, and database infrastructure.
Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
We only retain the above-mentioned data for the required period to provide the service expected from you (transcription, AI review). They are deleted on our end after that. We do not keep any copy of any of your data (scripts, characters, transcriptions) after processing. We do not use your data for any other purpose than providing the service to you.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and credential management via AWS Secrets Manager. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100 % secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
8. Children's Privacy
PageOne is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
